Allen Commentary on Acts is a very good commentary on Acts, probably the best expository and applicatory treatment of the book of Acts in common use today.

Here is true Biblical exposition, put in simple and terse language; no long and complicated sentences that weary the mind by the laborious process of unraveling their grammatical structure.
