I would differ greatly with these people on the main issue of salvation, i.e. is water baptism necessary and essential before a person is saved. I have debated these people before, and some in their group would also debate this issue as no, it is not essential, but it is commanded. I can live with that. But if they insist that water baptism is an essential part of salvation, then I would disagree. Be very careful when reading their writings on baptism then. They also would reject instruments in worship services.
